To mark World Refrigeration Day 2026, U-3ARC organised in Zambia a two-day training programme for women in the refrigeration and air conditioning (RAC) sector.
The initiative provided participants with an opportunity to strengthen their technical skills, connect with fellow professionals, and support the growing participation of women in the cooling industry.
