The Federation of Ibero-American Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Associations (FAIAR) will host a Spanish-speaking webinar titled “Experiencias en el mundo HVAC-R” on Tuesday, 25 November at 2:00PM (UTC). This event is designed to bring together prominent female professionals from the HVACR sector across the Ibero-American region. The discussion will focus on reflecting upon the challenges, opportunities, and innovations that are currently shaping the future of HVAC-R, specifically from a female perspective within the region.
The event, organized by FAIAR’s Women’s Council, will feature three leading professionals from across the region:

Carolina Lozano (Colombia), industrial engineer with 15+ years in commercial refrigeration.

Claudia Silva (Chile), HVACR engineer and energy efficiency specialist with over 24 years of experience.

Olga de lo Santos (Dominican Republic), electronic engineer and general manager of ODESA SRL, with more than 40 years in air-conditioning.
The session will be moderated by Aleyani Zambrano (Venezuela), mechanical engineer and manager at Z&Z Ingenieros.
