The International Network of Women in Cooling (INWIC) is pleased to welcome Ms. Mikaila Ganado as its new President.
Mikaila is the President of AIRAH and Associate Director of Women of AIRAH. She is a mechanical engineer and specializes in mechanical services and energy efficiency improvements in buildings. She is also the director and owner of GWA Consultants Australia. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a strong commitment to supporting diversity, professional development, and greater representation of women across the HVACR sector.
INWIC would also like to express its sincere gratitude to Ms. Ina Colombo for her valuable contribution as President. During her presidency, Ina contributed to expanding INWIC’s global reach and visibility across regions, particularly throughout Africa, and supported the establishment of the INWIC newsletter.
As the new President, Mikaila Ganado will continue to support INWIC’s mission of promoting gender diversity and strengthening opportunities for women across the cooling industry through networking, mentorship, outreach, and professional development initiatives.
