World Refrigeration Day (WRD) is organising the Global HVACR Women Week 2026, taking place from 25 to 31 October under the theme “Local Voices. Global Connections. One HVACR Community.”
This global initiative brings together women and their colleagues across the heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration and heat pump (HVACR) sectors to share experiences, exchange knowledge and strengthen professional connections worldwide.
Throughout the week, communities around the world will organise a variety of activities, including webinars, networking events, technical discussions, outreach initiatives and local gatherings. Each event is organised locally, reflecting the experiences and priorities of its community while contributing to a wider global conversation.
The initiative provides an opportunity to highlight women’s contributions to the HVACR industry, increase their visibility and foster greater collaboration and professional connections across countries and organisations.
INWIC encourages its members and partners to participate in the week’s activities, share their experiences and help amplify women’s voices across the sector.
