The 4th edition (2026) of the Women & Youth in Cooling Video Competition, organised by AREA (Air Conditioning and Refrigeration European Association), is now open.
This competition recognises technical excellence and best practices in the RACHP sector, while strengthening the visibility of young professionals and women in cooling across Europe.
Categories
- Category A: RACHP Youth Best Practice (Under 25 years of age) Handling of a refrigeration, air conditioning, or heat pump system.
- Category B: RACHP Women in Cooling (Open to women of any age) Best practice, design and application excellence in RACHP.
How to Participate
- Record a video demonstrating best practice in one of the above categories.
- Submit your video by:
- Uploading it to the AREA RACHP Facebook page, or
- Sending it to info@area-eur.be
Submission deadline: 26 April 2026
All European languages are welcome.
