From 13-14 April 2026, the 2026 Women in ASHRAE Leadership Symposium (WIALS) brought together 280 professionals in Los Angeles for two days of technical learning, leadership development, and networking. Building on the success of its inaugural edition, the symposium featured keynote speakers, expert-led sessions on topics including artificial intelligence, decarbonization, and resilience, alongside workshops focused on leadership, communication, and career development.

The event highlighted the importance of diverse and inclusive leadership in driving innovation across the HVAC&R sector, while providing participants with valuable opportunities to exchange experiences, strengthen professional networks, and support the advancement of women in the industry. The next Women in ASHRAE Leadership Symposium will take place on 12–13 April 2027 in Baltimore, Maryland.
